Light Fighter Gym was created as a place for lifters who are passionate about getting strong in an environment that is encourages accountability and a relentless pursuit of strength.

A Light Fighter completes their mission in demanding and uncomfortable situations with minimal material support and equipment.

The mission here is purely to be the strongest version of yourself in whatever discipline you choose.

This gym is for people who embrace discomfort in the pursuit of growth, anything less is unacceptable.

FACILITY

Privacy and security were a priority when selecting the building. To enter the parking lot there is a keypad controlled gate and a separate keypad to enter the building. I am very selective about who enters the gym.

program design

Do what you want, as long as it involves moving weights. I have experience in all forms of barbell training from private and military training. I have also partnered with some of the best coaches in the business in order to bring you the best training to meet your specific goals.

We keep the complexity to a minimum and use the highest quality equipment so you can focus on getting results. USPA, USAPL and USAW approve equipment is available.
